Masters Board Meeting

3 p.m. May 8, 2006

Held at Jan Kunze’s house

1. Minutes of last meeting approved.

2. TREASURE’S REPORT: Karen Sturm reported everything is on schedule.

3. PAINTING: Orv Bratland has received bids on painting our front doors, trim, with sidelights; trim around garage doors and garage doors; deck stringers and rim joists and 4 deck post supports. The Board chose the Smith Brothers bid. Work will be completed by mid summer.

4. MAY 15 MEETING AT THE TPC AT 7 p.m.

We hope everyone can attend. Refreshments will be served.

5. SUMMER PROJECTS:

The Board approved a contract to keep the pond free of algae and weeds with Aqua Care for the season. Eva Jeppson will be the contact person.

6. DRIVEWAYS;

Northern Technology has done core excavation at the Merrills’ home, the results are not yet available.

7. SUMMER PICNIC:

Plan to attend the summer picnic hosted by Denise & Bill Aschenbach and Jan & Fred Kunze to be held in June. Fliers will be delivered to your doors with the date and details next week. Also look for the date on our MDWA web site.
