Held at Orv Bratland’s Home

January 8, 2007

Election of Officers

The meeting was called to order by President Orv Bratland. Present at the meeting were: Orv Bratland, Karen Sturm, Dick Merrill and Jan Kunze. The following officers were elected by unanimous consent: Orv Bratland – President; Karen Sturm – Treasurer; Dick Merrill – Secretary.

Minutes

The minutes of the Annual Meeting held November 30, 2006, at the TPC were approved as written.

Treasurer’s Report

Karen Sturm reviewed the Treasurer’s Report for the period ending December 31, 2006. The Board then reviewed a spreadsheet prepared by Karen to monitor the 2007 budget approved at the Annual Meeting.

President’s Report

• Lawn and Snow Contract Solicitation. Orv Bratland reviewed a competitive bid from Best Outdoor Services. The Board has also solicited a bid from Concierge but has not received their proposal. Orv will be contacting Concierge to follow up on their bid.

• Carl’s Sprinkler Service System, LLC has been contracted to maintain the sprinklers through the spring of 2007.

• Building Maintenance Plan. The Board will undertake to see if a maintenance committee, and a chairman for that committee, can be organized to identify ongoing maintenance concerns for all of the homes. Some of the current items include repairing of stucco and replenishment of the rock around the landscaping.

Meeting Dates for 2007

Dates for the Board Meetings for the coming year are: February 19, April 16, June 18, August 20, and October 29^th. The Annual Meeting date will be November 29, 2007 at the TPC.
